Okay, this is insane. We put our third contract on the house because the folks in the second house wanted to upgrade without spending any more money. Thus, they couldn't find a house, and we have a small window when we want to move. We started looking again and found a cute rancher a little bit farther north just down the street from where Kristen grew up. We lose a little bit of space, but gain a new house in much better condition, plus a nice yard. We've had the home inspection and we're closing August 16! Pray all goes well!
